Mackerel is one of the quintessential bluefish of the Atlantic Ocean. Also known as mackerel or verdel, its meat has a very distinctive texture and consistency.

Each piece of this delicious fish is selected and cleaned by hand. After a slow roasting process, it is carefully canned. There, it receives its corresponding olive oil bath. Its flavor is fully developed with the necessary time and rest.

It is a very nutritious fish, rich in vitamins and minerals that contribute to the formation of our body's muscles. It also contains oleic, linoleic, and Omega 3 fatty acids.
