Using the same artisanal process maintained since 1960, they are toasted one by one with

Little by little, they find their way into the can. Then, the small pieces are soaked in aromatic olive oil and, after proper sterilization, are left to rest and mature in a cellar, with controlled temperature and humidity.

The aging period, which can last from a few months to several years, is crucial, as the flavor of the sardines improves with age. Periodic turning of the cans ensures an exquisite and uniform flavor highly appreciated by food lovers.

The unmistakable golden hue of the oil is another of the company’s hallmarks. The result is small, meaty sardines bursting with flavor. Perfect for eating whole, cooked to perfection.
