Ingredients
- Ramon Franco Pickled Mussels
- 1 kg Mashed Potatoes
- 100 g Leeks
- 40 g Onions
- 6 dl Milk
- 50 g Butter
- Salt
- White Pepper
Preparation
- Sauté the leeks and onions in butter.
- Next, add the potatoes and milk, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
- Finally, season and mash.
- When ready, serve with a teaspoon, first placing the mashed potatoes on top of which we place the warm mussels, then garnishing them with the onion sprouts.
Notes
This preparation is ideal as an appetizer.
