Needle Salad with Apple
Ingredients:
- 1 can of spinach lettuce in olive oil
- 1 Gran Smith apple
- Mixed lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of oil from the can
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- Lemon juice
Preparation:
- Open the can of spinach lettuce and separate the oil from the spinach on one side and the spinach on the other.
- Take the spinach and cut them in half, separating them at the spine. There’s no need to remove it. Set aside.
- Make the vinaigrette with the soy sauce, the reserved oil from the can, and the vinegar, adjusting it to your liking.
- Wash and core the apples, cut them into small squares, and set aside to soak them in lemon juice to prevent them from oxidizing.
- In a bowl, mix the lettuce leaves with the apple and dress with the previously prepared vinaigrette.
Plating:
Place the dressed lettuce and apple on a platter. Top with the previously sliced chuck fillets, finishing with a few flakes of salt.
