Needle Salad with Apple

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of spinach lettuce in olive oil
  • 1 Gran Smith apple
  • Mixed lettuce leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oil from the can
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • Lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. Open the can of spinach lettuce and separate the oil from the spinach on one side and the spinach on the other.
  2. Take the spinach and cut them in half, separating them at the spine. There’s no need to remove it. Set aside.
  3. Make the vinaigrette with the soy sauce, the reserved oil from the can, and the vinegar, adjusting it to your liking.
  4. Wash and core the apples, cut them into small squares, and set aside to soak them in lemon juice to prevent them from oxidizing.
  5. In a bowl, mix the lettuce leaves with the apple and dress with the previously prepared vinaigrette.

Plating:

Place the dressed lettuce and apple on a platter. Top with the previously sliced ​​chuck fillets, finishing with a few flakes of salt.
