Mussel Fideuá in Scallop Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 can of mussels in scallop sauce.
- 250 gr. Fideuá noodles.
- Half an onion.
- Half a red pepper.
- 1 garlic clove.
- Salt.
- Fish stock.
- Saffron threads.
- Fresh parsley.
Preparation:
In a low pot, sauté the garlic, onion, and pepper, all chopped into small squares. When everything is well-sautéed, add the scallop sauce from the can, sauté well, and add the noodles. Then, add the hot fish stock until the noodles and saffron threads are covered. Follow the cooking time recommended by the brand of noodles used. Just before the cooking time is up, add the mussel pieces. Once cooked, turn off the heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Serve directly from the container used, garnishing with freshly chopped parsley.
