The Salón de Gourmets is the largest European event dedicated exclusively to delicatessen products, the most important annual showcase of high-end food and beverages.
Professionals from the United States, Australia, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, China, and a representation of Swiss, French, Dutch, Czech, Danish, Finnish, and Belgian representatives give this fair the international character it has held since 1992, a recognition granted by the Secretary of State for Trade. People and products from all over the world meet at this benchmark event for quality food and beverages.
The Salón de Gourmets, whose Honorary Committee has been chaired by His Majesty King Juan Carlos I since 2006, receives visits from ambassadors, councilors from different Autonomous Communities, and other dignitaries who attend in official or private capacities during the four days of the fair.
More than a thousand exhibitors showcase around 30,000 products each year, 1,000 new products, attracting the attention of professionals who come to visit the show, the largest showcase for discovering new trends.
